created by Dr. Doug White ( Honorary PhD - Doctor of Cybernetics ) and
because we all have only 1,440 minutes in each day, there is a limitation to the number of candidates
Dr. White can accept and still be able to give 110% to each client.
Dr. White needs to be selective and only choose clients that have the drive, the determination and

On occasion our Institute offers "scholarships" that assist those who qualify to attend and continue
