02) CAN YOU CUT / EXPAND YOUR PRESENTATION AT THE LAST MINUTE?
Yes. I've been speaking since 1956 and have, on occasion, had to cut or expand my program at a moment's notice. Just let me know!

03) ARE YOUR PROGRAMS ALWAYS A SUCCESS?
Yes. Over the years, I've had a few situations that have arisen, however, they were handled professionally and promptly and never resulted in any problems for the host or myself.

04) WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM US?
The set-up, the lighting and the atmosphere always make a difference in the results. I'll work directly with you to make sure the logistics and the timing of my presentation are the very best to meet the objectives that you want.

05) WHAT SIZE AUDIENCE ARE YOU COMFORTABLE WITH?
The smallest group I have addressed was six (6) and the largest was over five thousand (5,000). Usually my audience is somewhere in between. I'm comfortable with any size audience.

06) DO YOU CUSTOMIZE YOUR TALKS?
I normally select appropriate material from my constantly growing and consistently successful material and integrate the information that you provide. I'll be sending you a questionnaire asking for pertinent material; corporate reports; convention materials; agendas; newsletters; etc. This allows me to incorporate information that helps the audience understand this presentation was prepared especially for them.

07) HOW DO WE KNOW THAT YOU ARE THE RIGHT SPEAKER FOR US?
