get involved in dual exercise?

 Let's understand that there is actually a way to enjoy exercise. You can  feel great when you participate by getting involved, sweating and toning your body.

 Start from where you are and decide that you want better sex, less weight and more money. Yes, I'm going to show you how you can actually have all three of these, all because you get involved in dual exercise.

 Alright, what's dual exercise?

 Well, it's very simple. Dual exercise is physical exercise and mental exercise, both being done at the same time.

 Are you excited when you find out that you can actually lose one pound per day? Yes, one pound per day without any challenges.

 That's what I did back in 1991 when I lost 70 pounds and 13 inches off my waist, all in just eleven ( 11 ) weeks and I kept it off for over four years.

 What does that come out to per day? 70 pounds in 77 days, that's pretty close to one pound per day. All done with dual exercise.

 My current days exercise consists of 60 minutes walking in the early morning, followed by 3 sets of three different exercises with weights. Then I do 60 minutes walking in the evening.

 So, I'm up at 6:05am and I walk for 60 minutes on my treadmill at a level five ( this is the incline of the treadmill ). When I finish this exercise I  drink alkaline water ( at least 16 ounces, taking a break before I start my weight exercises ). Alkaline water is tap water run through a filtration system which separates the alkaline water ( drinkable ) from the acid water ( used to wash dishes, etc. ).

 After my break and changing my workout outfit I workout a specific part of my body. On Monday it's arms. On Tuesday it's deltoids ( these are the three muscles that join your back, chest and arms to your shoulders ). On Wednesday it's chest, Thursday it's shoulders and Friday I work my butt and legs.

 I do only 3 sets of 12 repetitions, which means that I pick up the weight and I do a biceps exercise 12 times which equals one set. I then rest for one minute and pick up the weight and do 12 more which equals two sets and after resting another minute I pickup the weight and do the final 12 reps to make 3 sets of 12 reps. This first exercise is biceps curls with a curled barbell and no weight. This is the first time I do the exercise.

 All weight exercises need to be progressive. This means that when you start using weights you begin with just the barbell or the dumbbell bars and no weights.

 Then the next time you do the same 3 exercises you add one and three / quarter pounds to each side of the bar. When you do the exercise the next time you add another one and three / quarter pounds to each side of the bar.

 Then I go to the next exercise which is hammer curls and perform the same way I did with barbell curls.

 I know you get the idea of progressive. Let me further reinforce it and tell you a story about a young Greek boy who grew up on a farm. Each and every day he would go out to the barn and lift the new born calf. As the boy grew older and bigger, the calf grew older and bigger and yet, because the boy started when the calf was just born he was able, after the calf was full grown, to actually lift this calf up over his head. This is progressive exercise.

 Alright what does this have to do with dual exercise?

 Dual exercise is exercising your body and your mind at the same time. Here are some examples. When I walk on my treadmill I have in front of the treadmill a color television with a dual VCR.

 The dual VCR is simply a VCR that can play two different videos ( not at the same time ) while the other one you just watched is rewinding.

 So, I exercise my mind by watching inspirational videos on different subjects and enlighten myself as to the way to buy "no cash" real estate; how to survive in the wilderness; how to improve my memory, etc.

 I also watch my favorite movies. Remember you must keep your mind busy for 60 minutes each time ( twice per day ) in order to get through the workout. Mental exercise makes it easier to continue each time!

 You will have a definite challenge attempting to walk for 60 minutes in the morning and evening without some form of stimulation for your mind. You need to keep from getting bored. Dual exercise is the very activity that will allow you to accomplish this.

 At one time when I first developed this method I actually watched a T.V. that was muted, I had a subliminal tape running in the background and also was listening to an audio tape. Maximum stimulation.

 Now, incorporating dual exercise will obviously create less weight because you can continue on the program without getting bored. It will also give you better sex ( you will be able to perform better and longer ) and it can make you more prosperous, simply because you are able to pay attention to what you are doing, you can work longer hours and because of the exercise you will not get tired as quick, allowing you to pursue your goals and increase your income.

 Your entire life will improve when you incorporate dual exercise on a regular basis. I perform 60 minutes a.m. followed by 3 sets of weights and in the evening I do 60 minutes p.m. This is done for 5 days ( M thru F ) I rest on Saturday or Sunday ( depending on my activities ) and the second of the two days I do 60 minutes a.m. and 60 minutes p.m. This will allow you to lose one pound per day. 

 Along with the above you also need to pay attention to what and how much you eat. Here is a simple way to determine what you eat in calories. First of all eat 5 smaller meals per day ( largest meal first, getting smaller as you eat each next meal - 5th meal can be a piece of fruit ). 

 Each of the 5 smaller meals are to be spaced 3 hours apart. You need to know that you must eat each of the 5 smaller meals when scheduled, don't skip meals.

 When you want to reach 180 pounds, to determine how many total calories per day you eat, simply add a "zero" to the weight in pounds. So, when you want to weight 180 pounds add a zero and the amount of calories you ingest each day is 1800. 

 When you want to weigh 120 pounds the amount of calories is 1200. You get the idea. Simply add the zero to the amount of pounds you want to reach and that gives you the amount of calories per day, spread out over 5 meals, spaced 3 hours apart.

 I actually stay around 1000 calories per day on this program and that's what allows me to lose, on average, one pound per day.

 By doing this exercise on a regular basis you will increase your metabolism and be able to do more than you are doing now.

 I have actually increased my metabolism to a point where I get so excited about life that I have a hard time sleeping at night. Because of this I need to begin to relax within a 1/2 hour or hour before I plan to go to bed.

 This does not happen all the time, in fact, when I complete the indicated exercises I usually am able to fall asleep without any challenges.

 Having less weight, better sex and more money are all possible by simply rounding out your life with balance. You need to exercise daily, with one day of rest, incorporate proper eating, as indicated above and with your new energy you will be able to increase your active income.
